Clients are responsible for providing correct pickup and delivery information, preparing laundry as required, and confirming final prices when requested. Washers are responsible for accepting only orders they can complete, handling laundry carefully, using appropriate equipment, and communicating professionally with clients.

4. Payments

All payments and payouts are securely handled through Stripe. Clients may be charged deposits, remaining balances, service fees, or other applicable charges shown in the app. Washers may receive payouts for eligible completed services according to GoLinge payout rules. Stripe may collect and process additional information to comply with legal and financial regulations.

5. Account Management & Deletion

You can update or delete your account at any time via the app. Upon deletion, your data will be removed from our active systems within 30 days unless legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, or dispute-resolution obligations require us to retain certain information.

6. Use of Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers for payment processing, identity or account verification, address geolocation, communication, analytics, hosting, notifications, and customer support. These providers may process limited information only when necessary to support GoLinge services.

7. Safety, Orders & Disputes

GoLinge connects clients with washers for laundry pickup and delivery services. Users must not misuse the platform, bypass payments, share unsafe content, or engage in conduct that may harm another user. If an order issue, declined final price, damaged item, missing item, payment issue, or dispute occurs, GoLinge may review order data, chat messages, photos, timestamps, and payment records to help resolve the matter fairly.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If significant changes are made, users may be notified through the app, by email, or by another reasonable method.
